These Terms of Service are established to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of the faceOn.live service (hereinafter "Service") provided by XLabCom (hereinafter "Company").
The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Service are as follows: 1. "Service" means a platform that provides AI chatbots, video generation, customer management, etc. 2. "User" means members and non-members who access the service and use the service according to these Terms of Service. 3. "Member" means a person who has provided personal information to the service and registered as a member, who continuously receives information from the service and can continue to use the service.
1. These Terms of Service take effect for all users who wish to use the service. 2. The Company may change these Terms of Service when deemed necessary, and the changed terms will be announced through the service's notice board. 3. Users may discontinue using the service if they do not agree to the changed terms.
1. The Company provides the following services: a. AI chatbot service b. AI video generation service c. Customer management service d. Other services determined by the Company 2. The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. 3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the service when maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication occurs.
1. The Company may change all or part of the services provided due to operational policy or technical necessity. 2. When there are changes in the content, usage method, or usage time of the service, the reason for the change, the content of the changed service, and the provision date must be posted on the initial screen of the service before the change. 3. The Company may modify, suspend, or change all or part of the free services due to the Company's policy and operational needs, and will not provide separate compensation to users unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.
1. Users must not engage in the following acts: a. Registration of false information during application or changes b. Identity theft c. Modification of information posted by the Company d. Transmission or posting of information other than information determined by the Company (such as computer programs) e. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company or other third parties f. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or other third parties or interfere with business g. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the service 2. Users must comply with relevant laws, provisions of these Terms of Service, usage guidelines and precautions announced regarding the service, and matters notified by the Company, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company's business.
1. The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information within the scope necessary for service provision when collecting users' personal information. 2. The Company does not collect information necessary for purchase contract performance in advance during membership registration. However, this does not apply when it is necessary to verify identity before the purchase contract to fulfill obligations under relevant laws and collect minimum specific personal information. 3. The Company notifies users of the purpose and obtains consent when collecting and using personal information. 4. The Company cannot use collected personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose, and when new usage purposes arise or when providing to third parties, the purpose must be notified to the user and consent obtained at the usage and provision stage. However, this does not apply when there are different provisions in relevant laws.

The Company must not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms of Service or contrary to public order and morals, and must do its best to provide services continuously and stably according to these Terms of Service. 2. The Company must establish a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the internet service. 3. The Company does not send commercial emails for profit purposes that users do not want.
1. The Company is not responsible for the loss of profits that users expect from using the service, and users are responsible for damages caused by materials obtained through the service. 2. The Company is not responsible for transactions conducted through the service between users or between users and third parties. 3. The Company is not responsible for the use of free services unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.
1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision when the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. 2. The Company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by user negligence. 3. The Company is not responsible for the loss of profits that users expect from using the service, and users are responsible for damages caused by materials obtained through the service. 4. The Company is not responsible for transactions conducted through the service between users or between users and third parties.
