XLabCom (hereinafter "Company") provides the faceOn.live service and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection to protect users' personal information. This Privacy Policy applies when using the service and may be changed according to amendments to relevant laws or changes in company policy.

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following cases are exceptions.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision when the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. 2. The Company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by user negligence. 3. The Company is not responsible for the loss of profits that users expect from using the service, and users are responsible for damages caused by materials obtained through the service. 4. The Company is not responsible for transactions conducted through the service between users or between users and third parties.
